Ingredients
- 1 handful fresh baby spinach (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1/2 inch piece peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 ice cubes
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients and in a blender and blend until smooth.
