Ingredients
- Elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
- 1 cup of cashews
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1/4 cup Bragg Nutritional Yeast
- 3 tsp of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of salt
Preparation
- To make “cheese” sauce, bring water to a boil in a small pot then add potatoes and cashews. Cook until potatoes are fork tender (about 20 minutes)
- Begin to cook pasta of choice.
- Drain cashews and potatoes. Add to blender with Yeast, ACV, onion powder and salt. Blend until cheese sauce is creamy smooth.
- Once pasta is ready drain and pour in cheese sauce. Stir well, serve and enjoy.
